Richard Reilly is a graduate of California State University and received his Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1999, where he also served as Production Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.  Rich began his legal career at the law firm of Massery & Gillis, in Boston, and then worked for a number of years at State Street Global Advisors, a division of State Street Bank & Trust, in their Estate Settlement department in Boston. In 2002, he began practicing law on Cape Cod, with the law firm of Dunning & Kirrane, L.L.P., in Mashpee, specializing in estate planning, probate, business law, and real estate. In October of 2006, Attorney Reilly opened his own law practice in Osterville and continues to practice in the areas of estate planning, probate matters, business and construction law, and real estate law.

Rich has been a seasonal visitor to Cape Cod since 1974, and currently resides in Sandwich with his wife of 18 years and three young children.  Rich is currently a member of REBA, the Real Estate Bar Association for attorneys in Massachusetts, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Estate Planning division, a member of the Cape Cod Estate Planning Council, and is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court as well as all Commonwealth of Massachusetts Courts.
